This notice explains how SAN SWEE FATT 新水發 (“we”) collect and use personal and business information when you create a customer account, browse the catalogue, send an enquiry, or visit our Kota Sentosa shop.
What we collect
Depending on whether you register as a retail shopper or a B2B customer, this can include your name, username, email, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, delivery and billing addresses, and — for businesses — registered company name, SSM number, trading name, person in charge, office contact, and where you provide them, IC / passport, TIN and SST numbers.
Why we collect it
We use this information only for legitimate company purposes:
- Customer account management
- Order processing and delivery
- Invoicing and statements
- Business / customer verification
- Customer service
- Account security
- Business communication about your orders and account
What we do not do
We do not sell customer information to third-party advertisers or unrelated external parties. Promotional messages are sent only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can turn that off anytime in My Account → Settings.
Sharing
We disclose information only where it is required to operate the service (for example delivery), authorised by you, or legally required. Staff access is role-based. Warehouse staff see delivery details, not IC, TIN or unnecessary personal data.
Security
Passwords are hashed and are never stored as plain text. IC / passport, TIN and SST numbers are encrypted at rest. Sign-in sessions use secure, revocable tokens. You can sign out of other devices from Account Security.
